Born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky, Larkin has deep roots in the community and a lifelong passion for real estate. Growing up with both parents working as Realtors, real estate was always a part of daily life. Since childhood he has had a great appreciation for architecture, neighborhoods and the impact a home can have on people’s lives.

Before becoming a Realtor, Larkin spent 17 years at UPS, including 15 years in management. While the role provided valuable experience in leadership, organization and customer service, it ultimately wasn’t where his passion lived. On his 35th birthday, Larkin made the life-changing decision to step away from a career that didn’t fulfill him and pursue what truly did—real estate.

He is now proudly serving the Lexington and Central Kentucky area as a Realtor with The Local Agents. His background in management brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail and clear communication to every transaction, while his genuine love for real estate ensures his clients always come first.

Larkin is committed to working hard, advocating strongly and guiding clients with honesty and care. Whether they’re buying their first home, selling a property or investing in the future.

When he’s not working with clients, Larkin enjoys exploring local coffee shops, spending time in nature and being around animals. He’s a lifelong University of Kentucky Wildcats fan, loves cars, traveling and soaking up live music at concerts and festivals. Most of all, he’s proud to call Lexington home and is excited to help others do the same.
